MKL series small flat die pellet machine is the ideal wood pellet mill for processing biomass pellet fuel for small capacity, it is reasonable in design and structure, low noise, high efficiency, high flexibility.For those small pellet mill, you can use them directly to do wood pellet fuel at home, using the dry grass in your garden or wood branches or leaves.
Raw material of flat die pellet mill :
Agriculture such as sawdust, wood, straw, rice husk, bagasse, cotton stalk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit branch, pulverized coal, waste paper, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low bonding and unformed materials and other can be making into biomass pellets without any additive, all these can be used by our flat die pellet mill.
Preparation for wood pellet:
Raw material size is less than 5*5 mm
Moisture of raw material should be about 12~18%
We can supply hammer mill, screw conveyor to matching with our flat die pellet mill, thus you can order them together in our factory.

1.What can be used to do biomass pellet?
Different material can be used to do biomass pellet, for example, wood sawdust, wood shaving, rice husk, straw, coffee husk, grass, agricultural stalk, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic etc , plant waste etc .
2.What is the pellet diameter your pellet mill done?
Our pellet mill can do different feed pellet diameter from 2.5mm to 12mm, for wood pellet, diameter from 6mm to 10mm.
3.What is the capacity of your pellet mill ?
We can supply pellet mills with different capacity, from 50-200kg/h for home use small pellet mill, and 2ton/h to 10 ton/h for industrial use large pellet mill.We also supply wood pellet plant design, installation, and training.
4.Do I need a Hammer Mill or other Screw conveyor at home?
For Hammer Mill:If your raw material is sawdust or similar size less than 5*5mm, then you do not need hammer mill.But when your raw material diameter is larger than that, you will need a hammer mill, for different material, you may need different hammer mill, just tell us your raw material, so that we will give suggestion for the suitable hammer mill.
5.What is the spare parts for the Pellet Mill?
There is two parts:Roller and Die.
