Flat Die Pellet Machines

Our flat die pellet machines are devided into the KL series pellet machines and the MKL series pellet machines.  Our KL
series pellet machins can both press the feed pellets and the wood sawdust pellets, but the capacity of making wood
sawdust pellets is lower than that of feed pellets. Our MKL series pellet machines have the  special design for making
wood sawdust pellets.

Our flat die pellet machines can be powered by electrical motor, diesel enginen, gasoline engine and tractor. KL-A series
pellet machines are driven by the diesel engine or gasoline. KL-B and KL-C series pellet machines are driven by the
electrical motor and the KL-P pellet machines are driven by tractor.

1.This machine is flat die pellet machine driven by 22kw electrical motor.

2. It can not only press feed pellets, but also press wood sawdust pellets.

3. The size of the final pellets: 2.5-10mm is ok, if you make animal feed pellets, 2.5-4mm is better. If you make the wood pellets, 6-8mm is better.

4. Moisture content of the raw materials: 12%-20%.
