3. Working Principle of BSM counter-flow pellet cooler machine
1).Pellets come from pelletizer need to be cooled down to keep a better strength.
2).The sieve will separate intact pellets from ash, which could be in recycling use.
3).The complete cooling system includes cooler, cyclone, air lock, and cooling fan.
4).The ambient cooling-air flows vertically through the discharge-mechanism and the layer of pellets.
5).If retention time and cooling air-flow setting are optimal, outlet temperature of the pellets of 2-5ºC above the ambient temperature can be
achieved.
