Product Description

Process for sawdust briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick 
6. Complete charcoal production lines include crusher, drier, charcoal briquette machine,

carbonization furnace.

Advantages of sawdust briquette machine
Reducer
the reducer gear box are more thickness than the old type, which can increase the stability

of the machine when processing, and ensure the high efficiency.

Heating ring
the heating ring support Hot swap, can easy cut off the power and easy maintenance and

change, for the old type, the heating rings connect with the electric control system, which

Head of briquette machine

The head of the briquette machine adopt quick open technology, after open the the screw
